**Role Responsibilities**:
The HR System Specialist will be the main driver and superuser of our HR systems and will be responsible in all areas including vendor management, systems, and data governance, and run the day-to-day operations of the HRIS together with the People Team.
You will leverage on technology and HR operational expertise to deliver, lead and oversee the roll out of HR technology solutions, and integration efforts between various platforms within or outside of HR. The outcome of an efficient HRIS ecosystem will be imperative in supporting the People Team to be data-savvy in our decision making and improve governance and efficiency in our processes, and your role will be the key enabler.
You will collaborate closely with the People Team and HRIS vendors on solution implementation, manage change request, escalate issues to close the gap within the shortest timeframe and ensure overall data integrity through data field mapping and data cleansing. You will also be required to partner closely with the regional HR team to setup the solutions, and to perform user acceptance testing and support users in UAT.
**Role Requirements**:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in implementation of regional HRIS.
- Experience in partnering HR team members (e.g., Rewards, L&D, Shared Services) and manage the roll-out of HR solutions
- You should have experience with enterprise-grade HRIS and understand the architecture of data and system workflows. Experience with Darwinbox will be highly advantageous, but not a must.
- You must be extremely savvy with systems, processes, and data management. Using new systems and thinking about efficiency and automation are things that excite you.
- Have good communication skills and competent in holding independent conversations with various HR functional teams.
- Well-versed with HR practices and have a good understanding on HR regulatory policies and audit procedures for HRIS security.
