
Senior/ Regional Sales Engineer

Our client is an established engineering firm specializing in the design, production and sales of high-tech industrial machinery and supporting equipment with presence in China, Korea and Hungary.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for business development throughout the APAC Region. In addition, will also be responsible for discussing and managing requirements for customers and ensure ongoing development and growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and identify potential clients, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Create and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, outlining services, pricing, and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets and improve efficiency.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of regional sales experience in industrial machinery
- Proven track record in growing new markets.
