We are looking for highly skilled, passionate, and customer-focused **Senior Barista**to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and heart.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Extensive experience in specialty coffee is essential** — you must be confident with all aspects of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brew methods, with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and speed.
- **Outgoing, customer-centric personality** — you are passionate about connecting with customers, making them feel welcome, and delivering memorable, best-in-class coffee experiences.
- Proven ability to manage front-of-house operations, including **leading and mentoring** a team of baristas and service crew.
- **A progressive career mindset**— highly motivated to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
- Strong **team player** with a disciplined, self-driven approach to work.

This role demands a high level of technical skill, leadership, and energy.
