**Responsibilities**

**Barista**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to café standards.
- Provide warm and professional customer service, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS system confidently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and café environment.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
- Stay updated on café promotions and menu offerings to engage customers effectively.

**Senior Barista** _(in addition to the above)_
- Lead by example in delivering top-notch service and beverage quality.
- Mentor and guide junior baristas, ensuring consistency in coffee preparation and service standards.
- Assist the Café Manager in daily operations, workflow management, and staff training.
- Support in quality control, customer feedback handling, and maintaining brand standards.
- Oversee stock usage and provide input for inventory and ordering needs.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Prior barista experience in a café or F&B environment (at least 1 year; senior role requires 2-3 years).
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
