- Committed &Responsible in meeting deadlines with excellent time management skills.
- Manage and develop and implement strategies to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs.
- Rich management experience in the shipping/maritime industry.
- Good knowledge of analytical and highly proactive in trouble shooting and problem solving.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and teamwork skills and good communication skills
- Minimum a polytechnic school/Diploma or equivalent or higher in Marine Engineering /marine navigation /Marine management/Mechanical Engineering.
- Welcome more than 10 years of management experience in the shipping/marine industry
- Ability to business travel at short notice.
