**Logistics & Shipping Coordinator**:
**Location**:Ang Mo Kio | 1-Year Renewable Contract | ️ 14 Days Annual Leave
**Salary Range**:$2,000 - $2,500/month
**Work Hours**:

- Mon-Fri: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PMSat: 8.30 AM - 12.30 PM (44 hours/week)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input orders into systems (SAP / Oracle / WMS) and generate pick slips
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to prepare goods for shipping
- Liaise with freight forwarders and couriers for smooth delivery execution
- Book shipments and prepare Air Waybills (AWBs)
- Verify all shipment documentation—sender/receiver info, invoice, billing, and terms
- Ensure all required shipping permits are properly booked in a timely manner
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and proactively prevent delays
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners
- Submit accurate and timely shipping reports as required

***Requirements**:

- Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or order fulfillment is advantageous
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or WMS is a plusHigh attention to detail, even under time pressure
