Job Title: Shipping Logistics Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics operations. As a Shipping Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with shipping documentation, tracking and organizing all shipping and cargo documents, and managing subscriptions and monitoring updates from ship tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with shipping documentation and ensure accurate filing and easy retrieval.
  • Track and organize all shipping and cargo documents.
  • Manage subscriptions and monitor updates from ship tracking systems, compiling regular tracking reports.

You will work closely with internal departments, port agents, and consignees to synchronize vessel schedules and shipment deadlines. Additionally, you will respond promptly to urgent operational issues outside regular working hours when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in shipping administration and possess strong organizational and documentation skills. You will also need good communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
