Shipping and Logistics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to oversee the smooth delivery of shipments. This role involves coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and coordinate with overseas agents, customers, haulers, and warehouse teams to facilitate shipment delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with sites, customers, and vendors to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Prepare and handle shipping documents, including delivery orders, billing of lading, arrival notices, tax invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Perform customs import permit declarations and navigate complex regulations.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and shipping efficiency.

About You

To excel in this role, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in handling logistics and customs clearance. Proficiency in technology solutions and product engineering is also advantageous.
