**Responsibilities**
- work closely with vendors on a regular basis to fulfil and complete card production activities for cards (including daily exchange of reports), and highlight any issues that may arise for possible pre-emptive action by the team
- assist the Manager in monitoring vendor performance and ensure that all instructions provided to the vendors are followed through to completion and reporting
- ensure that vendors comply with established processes and requirements, including the timely submission of accurate inventory reports to fulfil month-end closing
- generate and prepare reports required for management reporting
- perform with monthly stock count of inventory at storage room
- ensure vendors update Job Order and inventory transactions via Genesis Lite IMS accurately and on a timely basis
- act as a liaison officer to support the Sales Team in fulfilment of job order for customized print cards, including activities such as triggering print job, printing reject replacement and delivery arrangements
- process the job order to ensure card production activities are completed according to requirements
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in business administration/ logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
