**Job Summary**:
We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic **Lok Lok Chef**who also has a strong background in crafting **authentic Chinese desserts**. This is a unique opportunity to join our founding team and shape a one-of-a-kind culinary experience from the ground up.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lok Lok Chef Duties**:

- Prepare, marinate, and skewer a variety of ingredients for Lok Lok service (meats, seafood, vegetables, tofu, etc.)
- Operate and maintain hotpot or grill-style cooking stations for live preparation
- Create house-made sauces and dips that complement Lok Lok offerings
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained

**Chinese Dessert Specialization**:

- Prepare a variety of traditional Chinese desserts such as:
Tang Yuan (glutinous rice balls)
Dou Hua (tofu pudding)
Sweet soups (Tong Sui), including red bean, black sesame, and barley
Egg tarts, steamed cakes, and more
- Innovate seasonal or modern takes on classic desserts
- Manage dessert prep and plating for dine-in or takeaway

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a similar role (street food, Chinese cuisine, dessert kitchens)
- Deep understanding of ingredients, flavor profiles, and presentation
- Passion for Asian street food culture and customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Creative mindset and willingness to contribute to menu development
- Team player with strong communication and hygiene practices
