**Your next opportunity
The Finance Executive/Senior Executive will support the Finance Manager in daily finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, expense management, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, data analysis, audits, stakeholder communication, and staying updated on industry trends. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential.

**We entrust you with these responsibilities
- Support the Finance Manager in handling various financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and expense management. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and forecasts. Collaborate with the Finance Manager to analyze financial data and provide insights on key performance indicators.
- Support the Finance Manager in the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals and objectives.
- Assist in maintaining and enforcing internal controls to safeguard financial assets. Identify areas of improvement and contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager during internal and external audits. Assist in providing necessary documentation, addressing queries, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Support the Finance Manager in communicating financial information and providing assistance to internal stakeholders, including department heads and team members. Respond to inquiries promptly and provide accurate financial data as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Participate in internal projects and initiatives assigned by the Finance Manager.

**Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
- Proven work experience in internal finance, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Financial Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax, GST and internal finance processes.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to adapt to changes, and work independently and as part of a team.
