**Job description**:
Provide online technical support to customers, sharing trouble shooting video, user guidance video
Write concise and accurate FAQ workflows, automate replying for off-work hours chat
Serve walk-in customers, register customers warranty information and demand into shared co-working sheet
Produce, upload, update product training video to online website and google drive
Assist to track, consumption rate of product spare parts, file procurement plan to supply chain team
Manage technicians daily repairing, service records, update customers
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
Ability to work effectively independently and in teams
Self-directed, self-motivated and able to work independently
Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
