**The Company**
A well-established multinational company is looking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Manager.
**The Role**
Reporting to the HR Director, you are expected to perform duties below
- Conduct regular review, analysis, budgeting and improvement recommendation regarding compensation and benefits
- Lead regional initiatives to design, develop and improve employee perks and benefits program in the Region and Markets
- Develop improvement plans on rewards related area
- Provide the full spectrum support on the employee benefits programs
- Participate in periodic and ad-hoc market surveys and inter-group benchmarking activities for driving continuous improvement on the company's overall rewards and benefits
- Lead initiatives to further strengthen processes and policies
**Your Profile**
You should have strong relevant experience in Compensation, Rewards and Benefits ideally gained from multinational organizations or HR consulting firms. You should possess good knowledge of C&B principles, best practices and excellent technical skillsets in MS Office, Excel and/ or HRIS.
