**Job Background/Context**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Work with a Search Partner to tactically support the full cycle execution of Executive level searches for the Global Markets, Securities Services, Institutional Client Management and Other ICG businesses**:

- ** Own and execute Director level searches end to end with research support where required**. **Support a Search Partner on MD searches where required**:

- ** Help drive creative strategies to achieve the best senior talent outcomes (through direct sourcing, referrals, succession planning tools, networking etc). **Build and maintain a strong network of executive level talent that can be leveraged for market intelligence, referrals and/or prospective talent**:

- ** Deliver market mapping and market insights in your designated business segment**:

- ** Data governance in accordance to Workday, TA trackers and ART report**:

- ** Partner with HR colleagues (Mobily, TA Operations, HRAs) **to ensure a great overall One HR customer service experience facilitated by a smooth hiring and onboarding process**:

- ** Participate in broader Talent Acquisition and/or HR projects regionally and globally**:
**Knowledge / Experience**:

- ** Circa 8 years + experience in Talent Acquisition gained through the executive search industry and/or in-house executive Talent Acquisition roles in a complex highly matrixed multinational corporate environment with regulatory oversight**:

- ** Prior financial services recruitment experience will be required, ideally with exposure to Global Markets, as will a knowledge of the dynamic of Asian markets**:

- ** An ability to consistently and proactively identify, approach, attract and manage talent through an extensive assessment and interview process**:

- ** Market mapping, due diligence, intelligence collation and soft/hard reference checking experience**:

- ** Being passionate about the need for greater diverse and inclusive senior talent for business success and can articulate this effectively to a range of internal and external audiences**:

- ** Understanding the criticality of adherence to internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements through the executive recruitment cycle. Has the experience to identify and escalate risk issues early enough for mitigation and the intelligence to educate stakeholders and colleagues about the importance of proactive risk management in the recruitment process**:

- ** Previous experience in working with compensation structures and the creation of competitive offers, understanding deferrals and bonus structures**:

- ** Preferable experience of running approvals for Director+ level hires, and international relocation coordination across multiple locations**:

- ** Strong project management skills**:

- ** Digitally aware, ensuring deployment of effective CRM systems to manage search activities**:
