Global Business Services Consultant

We’re revolutionising the Global Payroll and Business Services industry with a new platform, and we’re creating a new service delivery team in APAC to support our rapid growth. Headquartered in UK, we are looking for a multi-disciplinary team who are enthusiastic, proactive, and analytical. Critical thinking is key to resolve day-to-day operational and technical issues, and to design improvements to optimise business processes.
You will be joining our ambitious and diverse team across UK, US, and APAC. You will also be working with partners globally, but with a focus on APAC. The environment is fast paced, and will provide plenty of opportunities for professional and personal development. Our broad range of service offerings, coupled with extensive industry experience across the company sets us apart within the sector. A key project for us have been onboarding and transitioning clients onto a new software developed with the latest technologies, which is set to redefine the business services industry. You will work across internal and external teams to deliver on the day-to-day operations, as well the onboarding of new business.

**Minimum Qualifications / Requirements**
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Good critical thinking skills
- Organised and methodical with a great attention to detail
- A quick learner with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Highly motivated and responsible
- Ambitious, proactive, and a great team-player
- Exceptional admin skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft office package, particularly Excel
**Preferred Qualifications / Requirements**
- Experience in Global Payroll or Business Services
- Excellent process design skills
- Experience managing transformation projects
- Experience developing and maintaining reliable process documentation
- Experience working with a global team
- Fluency in any additional languages
- A keen eye for commerciality
**Key Responsibilities / Tasks**
You are responsible to the General Manager in the UK for the following:
- Deliver above and beyond operational excellence in line with goals agreed in performance reviews
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing changes to optimise operations and create value for stakeholders
- Managing payments on an international payments platform, and producing reconciliations of client accounts
- Managing processes for respective country reporting & statutory filings as required for each client in conjunction with vendors
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and vendors, primarily in APAC
You will be provided with structured training and support during your induction.
