- Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient-centric mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and clinic management systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages/dialects are a plus).
