To ensure the provision of high standard of patient careTo assist doctors in outpatient clinic- To make appointments for patients in another department within or outside hospital as instructed by doctors. To have basic pharmaceutical knowledge and skill of medicine dispensing. Assist clinic manager in stock taking of medication. Keep track of consumables usage( medical supply). - To prepare, compile and maintain patient records- To answer queries from external customers (physicains, clinic staff and the public)- To advise patient on insuarance matters and obtain the right documents from the patient for insuarance claiming- To ensure accurate and timely billing- Send gentle reminder to patient with outstanding bill- Collate and submit monthly statistic- Any other duties as assigned by supervisorRequirements: - At least 3 years experience in clerical or assistant duties in a clinic or hospital setting- Registered nurse license holder with Japan Nursing Board or Singapore Nursing Board is preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills- People orientated, flexible. adaptable and possess positive work attitude- Knowledge of clinic policies and procedures- Knowledge in insurance claiming is essential- Good communication skills in English
