**Role Purpose**:
This is a critical role within the Global People Operations team that will play an important role in delivering efficiency and effectiveness goals for the HR function globally. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital HR strategies, leading HR technology initiatives, managing HR technology systems, and driving process improvements.

**Role Accountabilities**: Develop and implement digital HR strategies that align with the company's overall digital strategy and goals as well as the HR Technology investment budget Lead HR technology initiatives, including the implementation of HR technology systems such as HRIS, applicant tracking systems, performance management tools, and learning management systems. Ensure that HR technology systems are operating effectively and efficiently, and provide support and guidance to HR staff on the use of these systems. Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop and implement initiatives to improve HR processes. Lead and manage a team of digital HR professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful implementation of digital HR initiatives. Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in HR technology and digital HR. Partner with senior HR and business leaders to ensure that digital HR initiatives support business objectives and drive business results.

**Knowledge & Experiences**: Experience establishing program structure for optimal ROI, coordinating, and delegating cross-functional initiatives Knowledge & Experience in IT Project Management (highly desirable) Knowledge & Experience in NPI Product Development & Management (highly desirable) Knowledge & Experience in Process Improvement

**Skills & Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR technology or related field. Experience leading digital HR initiatives and driving process improvement. Strong analytical and data management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience managing HR technology systems (SAP SuccessFactors) such as HRIS, applicant tracking systems, performance management tools, and learning management systems. Experience managing a team of digital HR professionals. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
