Zouk Group now oversees all club and lifestyle entities in Singapore, Genting Highlands in Malaysia, on board Genting-owned cruise ships, and the ambitious and immersive entertainment and lifestyle concept — Zouk Las Vegas. The company also owns the franchise to Five Guys in Singapore and Malaysia.

**OVERVIEW**

We are looking for a talented Food and Beverage Director with a passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and nightlife. You will lead the Singapore, Malaysia and Vegas businesses by establishing and maintaining the highest standards. As hospitality is key, delivering a positive customer experience is of utmost importance and will be a significant focus. As an expert in your field, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest trends and happenings in and around our industry. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views and individual brands effectively. Ultimately, you will be striving and driving for excellence consistently. The ability to plan and see things through must be in your DNA. Last but certainly not least, a love for music, nightlife, hospitality, F&B and entertainment is advantageous - these are the things we live and breathe daily.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Things You’ll Own _
- Manage the F&B business segment in Singapore, Malaysia and Vegas
- Oversee the full spectrum of brand development, including providing concept generation, design, development, setup, menu and execution on the operational level
- Establish and drive excellent standards to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at all times
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, labour and operating expenses
- Identify opportunities in optimising operational performance and brand awareness
- Oversee the P&L to ensure financial models are aligned, and financial targets are met
- Establish a career development plan for the team with structured training

- Drive effective promotions, activities and upselling incentive programmes with cross-functional support
- Maintain effective communication of corporate directions between HQ and the various teams on the ground
- Ensure consistent brand standards for all concepts

- Ability to work independently and in liaison with other departments/offices when necessary

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management or in a relevant field is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organisational and administration skills in a professional or corporate environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Convey a strong positive personal and professional image with excellent standards of behaviour and ethics
- Proven track record of making strategic business decisions with extensive hands-on operations knowledge and experience
- Profound emotional intelligence
- Double Master's degree in Work Life Balance and Having Fun
