GOLDMOON F&B is a dynamic and fast-growing food & beverage group with a portfolio of unique dining concepts. We are looking for a visionary and results-driven **Business Development Director**to lead our expansion efforts and drive strategic growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends
- Develop and execute strategic plans for outlet expansion, franchising, and brand development (local and overseas)
- Conduct feasibility studies, financial projections, and risk assessments for new ventures
- Negotiate and manage leasing contracts, joint ventures, and partnership agreements
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships and represent the brand at key business events
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry
- Proven track record in business development, project management, or strategic planning
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
