Executive F&B Manager

  • We are seeking a results-driven F&B executive to oversee the daily functioning of our culinary department.
  • As an Executive F&B Manager, your primary role will be to drive growth through effective team leadership, service delivery excellence, and seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall strategy and direction of our F&B department, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of skilled professionals in managing day-to-day activities, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and promote a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and quality control measures.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • High school diploma required, associate's degree or higher preferred.
