We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our People & Culture team.
Based in Singapore and reporting into the Deputy Director, Talent Management to provide strategic, tactical and operational support on all talent acquisition matters with the objective of ensuring that the organisation's current and future human resource requirements are met, that employees are recruited, managed, organised, onboarded in accordance with the organization's people strategies to support the achievement of the organization's objectives, accomplishing this within established budgets and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.

**What You'll Do**
- You will lead the hiring of new/emerging roles and requirements previously not in existence in SPPL, including but not limited to business tech and digital roles
- You will lead the hiring for replacement roles
- You will plan/forecast of hiring needs in view of new projects/initiatives
- You will keep up to date with new hiring practices and emerging job roles/skills and trends
- You will enhance the TA framework and process flow for talent acquisition with the objective of positive employee experience
- You will educate of interview tactics and techniques to team, design forms and documentation, among other matters
- You will formulate the policies pertaining to TA/recruitment matters
- You will partner with Finance to monitor and track manpower costs and budgeting, to ensure that Division operating costs are within approved budget
- You will use analytics/metrics to analyse manpower and sourcing trends and design & implement improvements
- You will develop, propose and execute talent acquisition plans in view of the different hiring needs, which includes the sourcing of Senior Management, Management and Non-Management (including interns and casuals) positions
- You will ensure all hiring adhere to all relevant law, policies and procedures
- You will identify, Develop and Market the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of SPPL as part of the TA strategy
- You will review the sourcing strategies and identify different channels to hire for, e.g. leadership hires, middle management hires, technical hires, channel hires, part-time, intern and casual hires
- You will review and improve the current state of our company internal and external job sites for major improvement
- You will review and lead the development of current / new Role Clarifications
- You will identify the cost-to-hire and the timeliness of hire currently being executed and expenses and find ways to improve in order to increase efficiency and quality of recruitment
- You will improve onboarding procedures with the objective to set in place a positive onboarding experience for all new joiners
- You will formulate the process and guidelines for onboarding
- You will design methods or tools that will aid in creating the positive experience
- You will improve on the framework, content and flow of the New Hire Orientation/Induction sessions and conduct the sessions with the view to enhance onboarding experience in order to drive positive employee experience
- You will lead the P&C team for the internal and external audit exercises
- You will support and partner with internal auditors on relevant governance, policies and procedures as required by the Audit Regulatory Committee in order to uphold P&C's credibility in managing people operations at highest standards of compliance and risk management
- You will drive assigned projects (not limited to TA) that will improve our talent brand and hiring process including but not limited to Employer Branding, Applicant Tracking System, Talent Reviews etc.
- You will drive the development and implementation of procedures and programs for the continuity of talent building
- You will lead project teams with the timely identification, management and resolution of action items, risks, and issues in order to drive People & Culture visions and foster a high-performance culture
- You will lead the development of the TA team, through active efforts in providing guidance, coaching and support to the TA team in order to drive individual performance and growth
**Who You Are**
- You will need a Degree holder preferably in HR or equivalent
- You should have minimum 8 years of relevant Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience with 3 years in a leadership capacity and in the technology field
- You should have experience in high-touch client facing or stakeholder management roles to assist leaders think through and articulate their hiring needs
- You should have experience in both agency and in-house Talent Acquisition function and process from a global blue chip MNC will be most advantageous
