
Human Resource Assistant

Job description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records for P-file
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with government services when necessary
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Job requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business in a local Polytechnic
- MS Office Skills (Powerpoint / Word / Excel etc.)
- At least 2 years of working experience in a HR position
- Good written English
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Meticulous
- Basic knowledge of Employment Act
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communications skills (Ability to communicate with stakeholders from various levels)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
