**Duties and Responsibilities**
As this position is the highest-ranking executive of our organization, a CEO has a wide range of duties and responsibilities. Our key responsibilities include:

- Education background: Minimum qualification with a bachelor’s degree in the area of IT related field.
- Working experience: Must have minimum 15 years’ experience in the area of IT. Successfully demonstrated the position as a CEO in your previous jobs.
- Strategic Leadership: Responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the organization. Set overall vision, mission, and goals of the company and develop strategies to achieve them. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and risks, and making informed decisions to drive the company's growth and success.
- Decision-making: Responsible for making critical decisions that impact the organization. Assess various factors, including financial data, market conditions, and internal capabilities, to make informed choices about investments, expansion, product development, and resource allocation. The CEO must balance short-term goals with long-term objectives and consider the best interests of the company and its stakeholders.
- Setting KPI: Work with Heads of Department of the Company to set goals and KPI. Develop monitoring system to keep track of monthly reporting and meeting targets.
- Financial: Responsible for the Company’s financial budget, performance and financial results, yearly reporting to all regulatory boards.
- Operational Management: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensures that business activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Recruit a solid team of heads of department to manage the various functionality of the Company.
- Corporate Governance: Responsible for upholding strong corporate governance practices within the organization. Work closely with the board of directors, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Regular reports and updates to the board, seek their guidance and approval on major decisions, and collaborate to define the company's risk appetite and strategic priorities.
- External Relations and Reputation Management: Responsible for public and media engagements. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as government officials, industry leaders, and media representatives.
- Require travelling regularly to meet stakeholders and setup branches overseas around Asia.
