**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities
To handle the wholesale performance, pricing, merchandising, inventory, aspect of the business.
- Identify and develop business opportunities in the wholesales
- Responsible for managing existing partners and exploring new business partners to contribute to the overall sales target of the wholesales team
- Manage and monitor sell through and inventory levels, packing material compilation and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain stock levels
- Planning and execution of work-in-progress to completion with overseas vendors.
- Process and follow up on all bulk orders, ad-hoc orders and special orders.

**E-commerce operations**:

- Maintain and ensure that content, including both product description and images, is up-to-date
- Ensure smooth daily operations in all aspects of the e-commerce wholesales business, from listing to inventory, order, payment, fulfilment and returns/exchanges
- Maintain high standards of customer service for online customers

**Analysis and reporting**:

- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on e-commerce wholesale sales performance
- **Requirements**:

- Strong in both written and oral English
- Good problem solving and analytical skill
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills
- Experience in an e-commerce setting is a huge plus
