We are looking for a Senior B2B IT Business Applications Manager with strong knowledge of Mandarin, Chinese dialects. This role may require to work in 24/7 rotational shift.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Manage IT Business Application, stakeholder, user and team expectations and relationships
- Troubleshoot user and technical issues in PIMS, the website and the intranet and IT Application B2B strategies
- Manage updates/releases with vendors, including creating tickets and prioritizing changes
- Test updates/releases, and manage user scenario/regression testing and deployment to the production environment
- Create and maintain system documentation, user guides and manuals.
- Contribute to and suggest design enhancements for PIMS, the website and the intranet, including integration points.
- Identify issues and risks that could impact PIMS, the website and the intranet, and plan for appropriate treatments
- Collaborate with the business analysts, IT Sales team, project leads, business unit administrators, vendors and the IT Services team to resolve issues/
- Prepare training material and run training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain contact with counterparts in other Parliaments and share information on current issues, best practice, and developments in PIMS and other integrated parliamentary system

**Key knowledge and experience**
- 5 - 8 years of experience in B2B Business Application, strategies, risk assessments.
- Must be able to communicate and knowledge of Mandarin, Chinese dialects is essential, and this role required to work in 24/7 rotational shift.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and experience working in projects
- Familiarity with agile working behaviors (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of some or all of the following technologies - SharePoint, Advanced Excel, SQL, Google Analytics and BI tools.
- Solving and troubleshooting any issues related to business software.
