As a Business Development Manager - B2B you will The Business Development Manager - B2Bis responsible for driving B2B revenue growth within the regional ENTERTAINER market, with a specific focus on corporate clients. This role plays a key part in expanding our footprint by offering customized rewards and engagement programs tailored to the needs of organizations across industries. The Business Development Manager - B2B is expected to build strong client relationships, coordinate cross-functionally to deliver solutions, and lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned individual sales targets and contribute to overall department objectives. Proactively identify and engage potential corporate clients across sectors such as banking, finance, retail, telecom, airlines and other enterprises. Understand client needs and propose tailored rewards and engagement program solutions that align with their customer or employee engagement strategies. Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, pitching, proposal development, negotiation and contract closure. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer support to deliver customized proposals and solutions. Coordinate with the Head of Department on commercial models and pricing strategies before presenting to clients. Lead commercial and legal negotiations to ensure alignment between client and company interests; ensure formal contracts are signed and documented. Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine targeting strategies. Provide regular sales performance updates, forecasts, and insights to senior management. What we’re looking for Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the rewards, engagement, loyalty or SaaS sectors. Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and relationship management. Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed revenue targets in a consultative sales environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Proficient in proposal development, contract negotiation and closing deals with senior stakeholders. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
