**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities: You will be reporting to the Team Lead for Retail Management & Tenancy Team Tenancy Administration - Assist in assessment of retail and commercial mix and requirements, and engage potential prospects’ interest and mindshare to invest and contribute to the vibrancy and success of SportSG’s spaces. - Execute tender/renewal process and paperwork relating to the leasing of SportSG’s commercial spaces. - To prepare and evaluate tender paper relating to commercial properties in sports facilities for submission to tender board, finance committee and council for approval. - To draft and prepare rebate, approval and waiver paper relating to management of lease for commercial properties - To coordinate and manage valuation services for commercial properties in SportSG’s facilities - To raise payment vouchers and handle financial matters of the team including handling tenants’ arrears - To prepare lease agreements for commercial properties in SportSG’s facilities - To maintain database system to track tenancies and renewals - To liaise with tenants on tenancy and maintenance matters - To establish positive landlord tenant relationship Advertisements and Licences - Administer paperwork relating to operational requirements of Tenants, NSAs, Public and Ministries for advertisements, outdoor play/refreshment areas, bin centres, drive through, signage, lockers, vending machines etc. - Administer Licence Agreements relating to Telco companies for info-communications equipment in accordance to IDA’s COPIF guidelines. - Administer the process of appointing vendor/s for the provision, operating and maintenance of locker services at Sport Singapore’s facilities. Partnership - Identify and develop new business opportunities through partnering like-minded corporates for long term investment in support of SportSG’s narrative and as a new source of revenue. - Develop new strategies in securing new tenants through partnering corporates to take up commercial space so as to increase the products and services offered at sports centres, improve occupancy rate and increase revenue. - Explore use of SportSG space as test bed for new trends/ideas as new source of revenue. - Work with tenants to harvest potential to increase revenue through partnership in ActiveWallet, Loyalty program and etc.
