**Hours of Work - **Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (4pm Friday)

A short walk from Raffles Place MRT Station, our brand new office has opened and we are looking for new talent to help supercharge our continued global success.

We are looking for a problem solving, motivated and attentive individual to join ourWarranty/Global Trade team. In this role you will be assisting with the import and export process mainly in the warranties and return department for the business by all modes of transport, sea, air, road and courier. This will involve helping with the preparation of both import & export documentation, liaising with freight agents and customs brokers to get the best service provision, help to drive costs down and maintain a high level of compliance. You will be assisting with the processing of warranties and return and liaise with the customers and vendors to ensure a smooth exchange. Experience in a similar role is desirable.

**Responsibilities of a Warranty/Global Trade Coordinator include**:

- Processing and handling warranties and returns day to day.
- Coordinating with customers and vendors and coming up with the best solutions to resolve the issues while being compliant with our warranties and returns terms and conditions.
- Arranging shipments and shipping documentations for warranties and returns to ensure the compliance with up to date legislative and customs requirements from respective countries.
- Fill in HS code, parts information on Commercial Invoice and process shipment on IOR shipping terms.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, aftersales, logistics and finance.
- Liaising with carriers and freight agents to obtain sea/road/air freight quotes and booking shipments using the correct Incoterms.
- Preparing import clearing instructions for customs brokers, dealing with customs queries and checking import entry to ensure duty & taxes are paid correctly.
- Making claims with carriers for loss or damage during transit.
- Filling POA and LOA when required.

**Requirements of a Warranty/Global Trade Coordinator**:

- Experience in global freight, trade compliance and customs formalities is required
- Experience in brokerage with courier operators (DHL, UPS or Fedex) is required
- Have a good working knowledge on shipping Incoterms.
- An excellent problem solver who allows flexibility in their solutions and is able to adapt to any situation accordingly.
- An effective communicator with good customer service skills.
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel knowledge is beneficial.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team.
- Willing to train for further qualifications where appropriate
- Strong written & spoken English Skills
