JOB OVERVIEW:
The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Retail network in submitting warranty claims and managing the payments via Warranty labour rate reviews and PLCF (Parts Landed Cost Factor) reviews.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Proactively review warranty paid claims using documentation to validate that the correct procedures have been followed and prevent audit failures, this will include detailed action plans for the Retailers.
- Review Service Department processes and coach technicians, workshop control, service advisors and warranty administrator on best practice.
- Support the warranty self-audit review process.
- Presentation of findings to senior management including Retailer Principals and agree Retailer actions with buy-in from the Retailer.
- Conduct follow-up meetings at agreed intervals to ensure that action plans are progressing or in place.
- Conduct labour rate reviews - retail rate to validate labour rate increase or actual recovery rate at a Retailer level.
- Conduct Parts Landed Cost Factor Rate (PLCF) reviews at an importer level.
- Manage the company's extended warranty program and relationship with our third-party provider.
- Drive the sale of extended warranty programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Extensive travel expected within region
