**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Scanning GST tax invoices Account Receivable, cheque/bank advice receipting, scanning of cheque images and preparation of bank in slips, return cheques/IRD to agents / insured, filing of documents, sending official receipts for agents (Ad hoc request) Account Payable
- Verify staff reimbursement (bi-weekly), verify Corp credit card expenses (Monthly), verify and posting of flexi using Liberty Premium (Monthly)
- Adhoc project Reinsurance, to perform monthly/quarterly reconciliation of Facultative Statement of Account
- File and retrieve relevant documents, records and reports
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- GCE 'O' Level & above
- Prior admin experience in general insurance industry will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Willing to learn and takes initiative
- Strong team player
- Able to cope well with fast-paced environment and start immediately
