Global Trade Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage international shipments, provide sales support, and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import and export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
  • Provide support to the sales team with order processing and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
  • Monitor shipment timelines and resolve any logistical issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in import/export operations or freight forwarding is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
