Job Title: Global Trade Coordinator

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate international trade operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and 1 year of experience in a related field.


  • Prepare shipping documents and export plans for daily operations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Troubleshoot cargo disputes and plan export consolidation.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Manage invoices and payments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with various functions to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
