Job Title: Global Trade Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Global Trade Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of import and export documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and manage import/export documentation and processes.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including LC, Bill of Lading, and FTA Agreement.
  • Provide customer support for shipments, advising on country-specific rules and regulations.
  • Coorperate with warehouse teams for export/import shipment preparation.
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Send necessary information and documentation to clients, agents, sea companies, and forwarders accurately and on time.
  • Prepare profit and loss statements for each shipment.
  • Liaise with agents and shipping companies to maintain good relations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N or O level/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Responsible, positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Preferably with Logistics/Shipping/Freight Forwarding experience.
