
Admin Assistant/executive

Responsible for ordering of office supplies including stationary, pantry, name cards, office logistics and maintenance issues (cleaners contract, aircon servicing, renew extinguisher etc)
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (letters, packages etc), walk in visitors
- Perform routine administrative tasks (creating purchase order, office petty cash etc)
- Assist with the on-boarding of new hires
- Organise staff welfare (monthly birthday celebration, annual dinner, christmas etc)
- Register and remove product from HSA website when necessary
- Post job advertisement
- Manage of insurance matters (group hospitalization, personal accident, public liability etc)
- Other necessary admin duties
Other Information:
- Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)
- **Suitable for mother to back workforce: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 1.30pm / 8am - 1pm / 9am - 2pm (5 hours per day)**
**Requirements**:
- Familiar with HR Admin works will be an added advantage
- Familiar with HSA product regulation guidelines will be an added advantage
- Highly organized, meticulous and customer service oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
