**JOB SCOPE**
- Develop and implement the talent management and Succession Planning frameworks and policies based on the needs of the organisation.
- Support the development of Talent programs and activities aimed at developing, engaging, and retaining good performing talents within the organisation.
- Work with Senior Management and HODs to strengthen succession planning processes and capabilities.
- Ensure that successors are in place for key leadership positions.
- Regularly engage Senior Management and HODs on building capability and talent pipeline.
- Identify organizational learning needs, skills and competency gaps.
- Identify, evaluate, and work with external training vendors to design and roll out relevant programs for employees, taking into consideration the learning experience.
- Lead and drive effectiveness in learning delivery through optimization of digital learning experience platforms and new technologies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Human Capital Director
**REQUIREMENT**
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Management and Development
- Experience in organizing training activities in a corporate environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work with all levels of employees, as well as influencing with stakeholders
- Proactive self-starter, keen learner, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
