We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who has drive and passion to learn, grow, and contribute to Aruba’s business. You will be a part of dynamic, energetic, highly functioning and creative team of people that work cross functionally with the Marketing and the Sales team. You will be based in Sinagpore, and report to the Marketing Director, APJ.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **
Business Development for Aruba business**:

- Manage websites inbound chatbox for Aruba business
- Manage external agencies from onboarding, tracking to generating qualified meetings for sales
- Perform excellent and professional follow-up on leads
- Ask probing questions and deliver a consultative sales approach
- Set qualified meetings for Major Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers
- Identify and document prospects’ needs, expectations and priorities in fostering a long-term business relationship
- Research and penetrate target clients
- Conduct outbound campaigns in support of sales events and other marketing activities

Supporting functional teams in APJ**:

- Strategy planning with sales team in support for their go-to-market strategy
- Support handling of prospects from field marketing events, e.g. tradeshows, seminars, exhibitions
- Support partner marketing activities as needed.**Education and Experience Required**
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Will be a bonus if you have the following but not a necessity if willing to learn:

- Good with Microsoft Offices (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Have experience with inside sales, tele-prospecting, outbound sales, preferably in a technology related field

- Manage time and activities effectively as a self-motivated and a self-starter business development professional

- Bring strong and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
