SEON is rapidly expanding its presence within the APAC region and we are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to support our business growth in the APAC market.

This role is based in Singapore with a remote set up, and will report to the GM of APAC.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Provide support for technical integration discussions by aligning solutions to challenges faced by prospective and existing customers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as sales, account management, customer success, product, and engineering to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of our solutions.
- Provide recommendations to clients, prospective clients and internal stakeholders, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize services and drive client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’ll BRING:

- 10+ years of experience in a solution engineering, solutions consulting, or similar sales engineering position, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payment, anti-fraud, cybersecurity, AML, or KYC solutions.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with team members in the revenue organization and across the entire company.
- Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy on the goals and objectives provided.
- Familiarity with Javascript, Typescript, and other web-based programming languages are a plus.
- Mandarin-speaking is a plus Ability to travel as required
