**About the job**
- The Solutions Consultant is responsible for helping our customers realise their business values through our AI solutions.
- You work closely with our GTM teams to win complex or strategic opportunities while working with the Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver the agreed values in the production environment.
- You own technical solutions and competitive aspects in the sales cycle and shall maintain the ability to pitch our solutions to C-level and director-level executives.
- Work with Marketing and Product teams to continually improve our competitive advantages and deliver our value proposition in the target markets.
- Acting as a solution lead on strategic accounts and peer mentor for other team members within the Revenue group.
- Constantly wanting to improve (Kaizen) and drive best practices within the team; constantly identify the areas of improvement of our solution selling process.
- Researching the surrounding technologies to provide technical advice on the integration approach.
- Owning technical workshops and discussions with IT and Security teams. You would manage the objection handling and advise the sales leadership if the IT/Security policies would prevent us from winning the opportunities.

**You ideally would have**:

- Conversational AI experience
- 10+ years of solution consulting experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to Software-as-a-Service solutions.
- Superior solution scoping abilities, using existing solutions and influencing new product development.
- Strong English communication (a must). Ability to natively communicate in an Asian language is a huge plus.
