**Flying Tiger Copenhagen are growing, and we will shortly open a new regional office in Singapore. We are looking for a hands-on Office & HR Manager who will play a key role in setting up the office.**

You will be reporting directly to the Country Manager. Although you will be the only HR employee in Singapore, you will have other HR colleagues all over the world - most collaboration will be with the team in our Head Office in Copenhagen.

Your first and most important task will be to help setting up the office, provide support on relocations and supporting in hiring new skilled colleagues to the office.

It is the overall responsibility to provide general office administrative support and support the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, oversee payroll together with external payroll provider, and other HR tasks within the Singapore office.

More specifically you will:

- Provide administrative support in setting up the office in Singapore
- Develop and implement overall office operations procedures and standards
- Develop and implement overall HR systems, procedures, and policies to ensure legal compliance with statutory employment and related laws and regulations
- Recruit and onboard new hires
- Manage HR operation activities and general employee related matters
- Manage payroll and benefits for employees and being point of contact for external payroll provider
- Drive international HR agenda and strategy in cooperation with the People team in Copenhagen

- In-depth knowledge of local compliance and labor laws
- Experience with HR & Payroll software and office management
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 4+ years experience in a similar role
- Prior experience in setting up an office in Singapore will be an advantage
