**FOR HR**
- Handle full spectrum of HR duties.- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
- Good in Payroll (Using: Time Access) for office and Factory including CPF & Annual income tax submission IR8A
- Coordinates recruitment & selection process, including induction activities.

- Handle employees' medical insurance, workmen injury compensation & group hospitalization
