- Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related
- With 4 years of experience in full spectrum of HR
- Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Resourceful and self-driven with a sense of commitment and urgency to meet goals
- Meticulous, good team player with initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to offers, ensuring efficient and timely hiring processes
- Provide support for the full spectrum of HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding, resolving employee queries, and offering timely HR advice
- Support end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirement
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal and company standards
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including compliance with local audits and statutory requirements
- Assist in the planning and execution of Company initiatives for all employee welfare programs
- Perform any other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
