**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing and distributing information among co-workers and general administrative work.
- Provides support to the manager and assist with the daily office needs.
- Responsible for meeting arrangements, preparation of reports, maintenance of proper filing systems, updating and maintenance of office policies and procedures, ordering office supplies, upkeeping the cleanliness of the offices, inventory updates and research for new deals and suppliers.
- Ensure smooth day-today operation.

**Job Requirements**:

- ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook
- Attention to detail and meticulous.
- Good organizational and time management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Monday to Friday: 1230pm to 7pm
- 6 months contract
- Subject to renewable depending on operations need.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
