Product Operations Executive

**What does a Product Operations Executive do?**:
We are looking for a Product Operations Executive to join the FormSG team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting hardcopy forms onto FormSG, supporting user queries, and assisting with day-to-day operations as needed. You will also have opportunities to understand and support other products beyond FormSG.

Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not restricted to the following:

- Work closely with form owners to onboard and digitize their hardcopy forms
- Support in-person workshops and discussions with agencies
- Respond to users' enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues with our products and provide solutions to users

Due to the nature of the work, this role is a mix of in person and remote work. You may also be required to go onsite to provide support as needed. Hands-on training on the product and internal tools/support systems will be provided.

This is a 6-month contract role. Depending on your performance and project needs, we may offer the option of extending your contract by another 3 or 6 months.

**Projects OGP has worked on include**:
**ScamShield** — iOS and Android mobile apps, enhanced in August 2024, help users check and report suspicious communications. The apps automatically filter known scams using an AI-powered machine learning classifier. An Admin Dashboard also allows police to verify reported scams.

**ParkingSG** — A mobile app alternative to parking coupons. It lets users pay, extend, and refund their parking sessions just using their phones.

**RedeemSG** — Helps the Singapore Government to create, send and track redemptions of digital vouchers easily.

**COVID-19 Vaccination** — A suite of systems built to enable Singapore's national vaccination campaign for COVID-19. This includes informational sites, appointment booking systems, and records management systems.

**Isomer** — Provides government agencies with an easy-to-deploy static website building and hosting service to create usable, secure and faster informational websites quickly.
