Product Operations Executive

**What does a Product Operations Executive do?**:
We are looking for a Product Operations Executive to join the ScamShield team. This is a full time role with a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the product lifecycle through data annotation, scam trend analysis, user support, and hands-on day-to-day operations.

Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not restricted to the following:

- Collaborate closely with the ScamShield team and partners to label user-submitted scam reports for analysis.
- Analyse scam reports to extract actionable insights that inform our product roadmap and strategy.
- Run testing and feedback gathering to improve the ScamShield product suite.
- Troubleshoot product and technical issues, delivering timely support and solutions to users.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and efficiency.
- Support training, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing for the ScamShield product suite.

Due to the nature of the work, this role is a mix of in person and remote work. You may also be required to go onsite to provide support as needed. Hands-on training on the product and internal tools/support systems will be provided.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Data-driven and analytical mindset; experience in data visualisation and analytics is a bonus.
- Experience with data annotation, ideally in fraud, risk, or digital trust & safety contexts.
- Strong empathy for users, with proven critical thinking and quick problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for protecting the community against emerging scams and threats.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
- Flexibility for mixed in-person/remote work; willingness to attend onsite support sessions as needed.

**ParkingSG** — A mobile app alternative to parking coupons. It lets users pay, extend, and refund their parking sessions just using their phones.

**RedeemSG** — Helps the Singapore Government to create, send and track redemptions of digital vouchers easily.

**COVID-19 Vaccination** — A suite of systems built to enable Singapore's national vaccination campaign for COVID-19. This includes informational sites, appointment booking systems, and records management systems.

**Isomer** — Provides government agencies with an easy-to-deploy static website building and hosting service to create usable, secure and faster informational websites quickly.
