**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of accounts and financial statements to ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
- Manage GST and Corporate tax returns for clients, guaranteeing precision and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Examine accounting
- and tax-related matters for clients, new business initiatives, and complex structures.
- Lead risk management initiatives and ensure prompt regulatory reporting in partnership with the compliance team.
- Conduct periodic business forecasts and budgets, measuring the performance of business units.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to assess potential acquisition targets.
- Manage finance, client accounting, and fund administration teams.
- Provide technical training to various teams on new financial instruments, reporting standards, cryptocurrencies, etc.
- Lead automation and shared services initiatives to drive improvements in accounting processes and cost savings.
- Experience in Managing a team.
- Implements initiatives to enhance accounting processes, promoting efficiency and accuracy.
- Provides support for MAS FORM 6, MAS Survey, CRS, and FATCA compliance.
- Acts as a liaison between auditors, tax authorities, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years of experience.
- Proven experience as an accountant, with expertise in trust management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as a majority of clients are from China.
