**The Team You’ll Work With**:
Our South East Asia team is growing quickly to match the tremendous innovation happening in the region. Our aim is to educate and support founders, venture investors, and startup employees around the region, so they can better leverage ownership as a way to drive wealth distribution and innovation. As Channel Manager, Corporations - South East Asia you will work closely with our sales, partnership, marketing and delivery functions to help us drive in market reputation, community engagement, product adoption and sales across the region.

**The Problems You’ll Solve**:

- Define and deliver the strategic partnerships plan targeting SEA government bodies, start-up accelerators and incubators, universities and innovation communities across diverse south east asia markets.
- Prospect, secure and build relationships with key stakeholders in targeted organizations.
- Design and land annual partnership plans with targeted organizations which accelerate Carta brand awareness and drive adoption of Carta’s free and paid Corporate products.
- In collaboration with the Marketing Managers and Sales Managers, effectively execute partnership initiatives across branded content, customer success stories, educational programs; digital and physical events, industry sponsorships.
- Deliver persuasive, professional, impactful, and high quality presentations to evangelize Carta and educate the market.
- Leverage Salesforce and other internal tools to measure channel’s impact on critical business objectives

**About You**:

- Have a learning mindset; Carta sits at the intersection of software, private markets, public markets and other capital markets players - we learn new things every day.
- 8+ years of business development and/or partnership experience with at least 5 years engaging Start-up and VC communities in South East Asia.
- Proven track record driving product adoption and sales leads through partnerships.
- Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment to accelerate Carta’s growth
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations, especially to executives
