The role of Corporate Partnerships Senior Manager will lead in driving forward business relationships which can deliver transformational change at a strategic level, and within the consumer and individual areas.

**Major Functions**:
The Senior Manager should be able to do business development and corporate stewardship within WWF-Singapore. The Senior Manager will have the drive, knowledge and skills to engage business leaders, in transformational change, delivering shared conservation and community objectives, which will enable Singapore’s businesses to be a leading force in achieving the country’s sustainability goals over the next 10-30 years.

The role is also responsible for creating innovative corporate partnerships and fundraising channels. As part of the Fundraising Unit, the Senior Manager will contribute to bringing conservation knowledge to the local community, focusing particularly on corporate donors by developing and deploying effective partnership models and marketing strategies. At the same time, also be responsible for account managing our global and local corporate partnerships based in Singapore in collaboration with the other team members within the Corporate Team.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Direction**
- Working across the organisation to align partnerships within the overarching conservation strategy of WWF-Singapore
- Support the Unit Head to ensure that fundraising and acquisition goals are achieved and tracked, and contribute to the department’s overall fundraising objectives
- Identify and develop propositions to build on local, regional and global partnerships within Singapore
- Guide and mentor direct reports where applicable. This could mean another team member and/or interns.

**Business Development**
- Develop and oversee corporate fundraising initiatives to raise funds for WWF’s conservation work and market transformation initiatives in Singapore and globally, including but not limited to cause-related marketing, sponsorships, corporate social responsibility programmes, employee engagement and philanthropy.
- Develop new creative innovative corporate products and marketing strategies to engage corporate partnerships for fundraising and donor acquisition purposes.
- Work closely with various programme teams such as Market Transformation, Conservation and Science Teams to identify and develop opportunities for strategic corporate partnerships and ensure the delivery of successful business transformation partnerships.
- Develop tailored corporate sponsorship proposals in support of specific communications and activities including mass fundraising events such as Earth Hour.

**Relationship Building**
- Identify and foster strong relationships with new corporate prospects and _e_nsure existing and selected corporate donors are stewarded appropriately, resulting in profitable long term partnerships
