**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
Drive business growth by developing digital strategy and deploying ROI based approach.

In this role you will liase with business and marketing stakeholders to translate consumer insights and business objectives into actionable digital communication strategies and ecosystem.

You will be a part of Digital Hub APAC leading digital strategy excellence & coordinating process from foundation & always-on activities to high impact campaigns across APAC

You will be working closely with media, creative & content peers within Digital Hub to increase integrated campaign impact and unlock next-gen digital experiences.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders at regional and local level to deliver best in class digital strategy for each product category across APAC
- Have a profound understanding of the Philips brand and particular category to drive insight-led digital strategies that matches local requirements
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Monitor the evolution of digital ecosystems to ensure high efficiencies on digital activation budgets
- Effective project management & close cooperation with Media & E-commerce Team to ensure paid media drive sufficient & quality traffic that converts well into sales
- Ensure readiness for digital activation execution across all touchpoints
- Work closely with category managers & PR team to align on the communication calendar for our owned social media channels
- Define, evaluate, and improve performance across all digital KPIs
- Manage incoming requests and project priorities via Asana tooling

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience**:

- Min 7 years' experience in Digital Marketing, media planning experience (as media channel lead for Paid Social, Programmatic and OOH/TV) in top media agency or inhouse digital team of global brands
- Minimum Bachelors (or local equivalent) in Digital Marketing
- Strong experience in Digital Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Digital Optimization & Social Media Marketing
- Functional experience with all channels of social media
- Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter
- Proven experience in working with large businesses in international environment and media budget management
- Intimate knowledge of Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform (DV360, SA360, GA) and/or Meta
- Proven track record in executing well performing full funnel media campaigns
- Business-savvy with deep understanding of media landscape and marketing
- Experience and deep understanding of brand, search, conversion lift studies, MMM and other cross media measurement
- Experience in working with creative/communications teams to craft creative assets driving audiences through full consumer decision journey
- Excellent project management skills to coordinate both internal and external teams Experience in handling multiple stakeholders across matrixed organisations
