We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR team as a Human Resource Operations and Project Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in both the day-to-day operations of HR and the management of HR projects. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the HR function within an organization.

**Operations**:
- ** Employee Records**:
- Update and maintain employee records, including contact information, emergency contacts, benefits elections, and performance reviews.
- Process new hire paperwork and onboarding documents.
- Manage and file employee personnel files electronically.
- **Benefits**:
- Assist with benefits administration, including answering employee inquiries, processing enrollment forms, and maintaining benefits records.
- ** Other Tasks**:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- ** Projects**:
- Assist with the planning, executing, and monitoring of HR projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct research on HR-related topics, analyze data, and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Develop and write HR-related content, such as training materials, policy documents, and communication materials.
- Assist with HR events and initiatives as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with basic HR principles and practices (a plus)
